First Year Insight Day

The opportunity for you

 

Join us on our First Year Insight Day on 21 May 2026.

 

Based in our London office, the insight day will provide you the chance to learn more about the firm, network and shadow trainees, take part in a group exercise and enjoy a networking event. You'll gain experience in one of our practice areas, develop your commercial awareness skills and have a skills session with Early Talent to support you with the next step of your journey.

 

To be eligible to attend, you must be in the first year of your degree (in any discipline), as this day is designed to help you learn more about the firm and prepare for our future vacation scheme opportunities.

 

Candidates are expected to complete a short application form. On completion of your application, you will be required to complete a verbal reasoning and critical thinking assessment. The test will be sent after the application deadline. If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend a video interview with a member of the Early Talent team at the end of April.

 

Successful applicants will have travel costs reimbursed. Further details will be provided upon offer.
