With 1000+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 29 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Employment  team, with the addition of a Employment Paralegal.


The opportunity for you


Taylor Wessing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Paralegal to join our dynamic team based in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will bring extensive tribunal experience and a history of effectively managing their own case load.


Key responsibilities


  1. Support with progressing cases from initiation to completion.
  2. Work closely with fee earners to prepare for employment tribunals, including compiling evidence, drafting witness statements, and conducting legal research.
  3. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.
  4. Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, appeals etc.


Knowledge, skills and experience


  1. Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm or equivalent setting.
  2. Extensive tribunal experience is essential.
  3. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a significant case load effectively and efficiently.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
