Taylor Wessing is seeking a talented Employment Associate with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join our Employment & Pensions team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a global law firm that partners with some of the world’s most innovative businesses. You’ll advise on complex employment law matters, handle high-profile litigation, and support corporate transactions, all while collaborating with a team that values creativity, integrity, and excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a full range of employment tribunal litigation, including advocacy at preliminary hearings where appropriate.Advise HR managers, in-house counsel, and senior executives on diverse employee relations issues.
- Draft, review, and advise on HR policies, employment contracts, and directors’ service agreements.
- Act for high-net-worth individuals on service agreements, team moves, and termination arrangements.
- Provide UK employment law advice to international clients and coordinate cross-border projects.
- Handle High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employers and employees.
- Deliver corporate support, often acting as the sole employment specialist on transactions.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in employment law.Strong technical ability and excellent commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in negotiations and transaction management.
- Ability to manage client files independently and maintain high levels of client contact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with potential or proven business development skills.
