Taylor Wessing is looking for a highly motivated Employment Adviser to join our dynamic Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global law firm that partners with some of the world’s most innovative businesses. You’ll play a key role in managing employment tribunal cases from start to finish, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional client service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have extensive tribunal experience, we’d love to hear from you.
 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Manage your own busy tribunal caseload from ACAS Early Conciliation through to final hearing.
  • Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, prepare witness statements, and handle all aspects of case preparation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the process.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

 

  • Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal or similar role within a law firm or equivalent setting.
  • Extensive experience representing Respondents in employment tribunal litigation.
  • Ability to independently manage a significant caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
