Our Disputes & Investigations Group is one of the firm’s fastest-growing practice areas, renowned for its expertise in resolving complex, high‑value commercial disputes across a broad range of sectors. To support this continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled e‑Disclosure Project Manager to join our Litigation Support function.This is a newly created and strategically important role that will support not only the Disputes & Investigations Group, but also contentious teams across our wider Intellectual Property, Regulatory, and Digital practice areas.You will play a central part in the organisation, management, and analysis of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and litigation documentation, ensuring best practice, compliance, and seamless collaboration between legal teams, IT, knowledge management, and the firm’s Innovation team. You will also contribute to the adoption of market‑leading litigation technologies and AI‑driven tools, supporting our lawyers and clients throughout the lifecycle of disclosure exercises.This is a role for someone who combines exceptional technical expertise with strong project management capability, stakeholder engagement, and a forward‑thinking approach to legal technology.
Key responsibilities
E‑Disclosure & Case Delivery
- Manage all aspects of ESI, including organisation, processing, review workflows, and production in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end‑to‑end e‑disclosure projects: data collection, legal hold implementation, review design, and document production.
- Set up and administer review platforms, workflows, and DRD questionnaires.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, case teams, and external providers.
Technology & Innovation
- Evaluate, recommend, and help procure litigation technology solutions.
- Support the adoption of AI, analytics tools, and emerging technologies to enhance case strategy and disclosure efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Innovation team to promote and implement new tools across contentious practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Work closely with lawyers, IT, and knowledge management to ensure best‑practice document management.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to case teams.
- Recruit, train, and supervise review teams, including quality assurance and performance oversight.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to refine workflows and strengthen efficiency.
- Contribute to firmwide knowledge and training initiatives relating to e‑disclosure and litigation technology.
Knowledge, skills and experience
We are looking for candidates with:
- Extensive experience managing e‑disclosure or litigation support projects within a law firm, legal service provider, digital forensics, or related professional services environment.
- Deep technical expertise in designing and running disclosure exercises, including platform configuration and workflow management.
- Strong hands‑on experience with leading e‑disclosure tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, Reveal).
- A solid understanding of data extraction, processing, and management techniques relevant to litigation and investigations.
- Experience using AI and advanced analytics to enhance document review strategies.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, and lead review teams.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Knowledge of UK and international disclosure rules, protocols, and best practices.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications (Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, ACEDS) are highly advantageous.
