As a Corporate Real Estate Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering globally significant transactions for institutional investors, private capital, and other stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile deals in sectors such as real estate, hospitality, and private wealth, alongside a team recognised for excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities
You will advise on a wide range of corporate transactions focused on real estate assets, including:
- Sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and other entities owning real estate investments or development projects.
- Joint ventures and co-investment arrangements.
- Structuring and restructurings.
- Management agreements, promote arrangements, and incentive plans.
- High-profile transactions in hospitality, hotels, and private wealth sectors.
- Coordinating cross-border transactional mandates and contributing to sector-focused initiatives.
Knowledge, skills and experience
We’re looking for a UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ PQE from a recognised transactional practice. You should bring:
- Strong technical ability and drafting skills.
- Experience in corporate transactions involving real estate assets.
- Confidence to take principal associate roles on deals.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions.
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers or trainees.
- Interest in business development and building client relationships.
Experience in hospitality-related commercial transactions is a plus but not essential.
