With 1200+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 28 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Change  team, with the addition of a Change Management Workstream Lead (6 month FTC).

 

The opportunity for you

 

The Change Management Workstream Lead will play a pivotal role in Programme Washington, driving the successful implementation of change and the impact on people.

 

The programme introduces new technology (an invoice to cash solution), and redefines the roles and responsibilities of lawyers, legal PAs and finance team, with the introduction of revised policies and processes governing management of client invoicing and accounts receivable.

 

The role involves understanding the details of the changes being introduced and the impacts on people and teams; coaching and supporting others in the firm to execute their roles during the change, and ensuring changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained after roll out.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement change management strategies: Design and deliver change management plans that align with the overall programme objectives.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Communication planning: Contribute to the development of the communications plan with Internal Communications team, and create and deliver clear, concise, and tailored communications to inform and engage people at all levels.
  • Training and support: Contribute to the development and delivery of training tailored to equip people with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.
  • Impact assessment: Work with the business analysis team to conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on different teams and roles, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor and report progress: Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or resistance.
  • Continuous improvement: Gather feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve change management practices and processes at TW.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

 

Experience: Minimum of five years experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading change initiatives within transformation programmes. Professional services experience advantageous.

 

Qualifications / certifications: Change management certification (Prosci) is highly desirable.
