With 1000+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 29 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Finance  team, with the addition of a E-Biller Assistant.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Working within the eBilling function, ensuring seamless connectivity with client eBilling portals.
  • This role will support client onboarding requests and will need to regularly monitor Outside Counsel Guidelines, ensuring these are updated in the Aderant rules database.
  • Work closely with the Risk, Legal and Credit control teams so that we track eBilling data at inception and ensure efficient process flows.
  • Work directly with client eBilling teams/providers to ensure TW has all the relevant info required and clients and fee earners are up to date on our onboarding progress.
  • Weekly reconciliation of eBilling clients, ensuring prompt upload and query resolution.
  • Help support all eBilling Hub processes, ensuring client guidelines and rates are updated in the system.

 

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • 2 years plus experience working in a legal finance department
  • Experience of Aderant Expert or similar systems
  • Experience of using eBilling Hub or similar.
  • Solid experience of eBilling processes, covering technical and posting experience
  • Solid experience using platforms – Collaborati / Datacert / Tymetrix / CounselLink / Legal Tracker and others.
  • Technical LEDES format experience
  • Strong communication skills required for this role
  • Working knowledge of the Solicitors’ Accounting Rules
  • Good VAT knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills
