With 1000+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 29 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Real Estate (Ireland)  team, with the addition of a Real Estate Associate.

Key responsibilities

 
  •           Advise on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.
  •           Draft and negotiate contracts related to various types of real estate transactions.
  •           Conduct due diligence investigations into property titles, planning permissions, and other property-related inquiries.
  •           Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with our clients' business strategies.
  •           Represent both domestic and international clients in complex real estate deals.
  •           Provide regulatory advice related to property law and keep abreast of legislative changes within the industry.
  •           Participate in business development activities including pitching for new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Knowledge, skills and experience

 

  •           A qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practicing certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.
  •           3-5 years post-qualification experience specialising in real estate law at a reputable practice.
  •           Demonstrated expertise handling large-scale commercial real estate transactions.
  •           Excellent negotiation skills accompanied by thorough attention to detail.
  •           Strong analytical capabilities for solving complex legal issues related to property matters.
  •           Exceptional communication skills capable of building strong client relationships.
