Corporate M&A Senior Associate

We’re looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to lead on high-value, cross-border transactions in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. This is your chance to advise top-tier investors, cutting-edge tech companies, and global corporates on complex M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals. From early-stage funding rounds to billion-dollar exits, you’ll be at the heart of transformative transactions shaping the future of business across the Middle East and beyond.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Advise investors, companies, and management teams on venture capital investments, M&A transactions, and private equity deals.
  • Handle cross-border M&A and joint venture work.
  • Support companies throughout their lifecycle—from early-stage funding to IPOs and trade sales.
  • Act for leading investors, including sovereign wealth funds, corporate investors, and top-tier venture capital firms.
  • Work across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other regional jurisdictions, as well as internationally.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

 

  • Strong academic background.
  • Significant M&A and private equity experience from a top-tier UK or international corporate practice (Common Law qualification preferred).
  • Expertise in exits (IPOs, trade sales, mergers), joint ventures, and complex shareholding arrangements.
  • Experience with incentivisation, employee benefits, and early-stage equity financing rounds.
  • Funds and capital markets experience is a plus but not essential.
